What you'll do

• Lead the design process end-to-end—from conceptualization to facilitating meetings and workshops, engaging with subject matter experts and sourcing valuable customer insights.
• Design and enhance our public website by applying a strong blend of content design and product design skills to create engaging and user-friendly experiences.
• Manage and contribute to initiatives within a specific value stream, ensuring seamless progress across the customer's end-to-end lifecycle.
• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary team—including product managers, content designers, data analysts, UX researchers, and scrum teams—to deliver integrated solutions.
• Understand customer needs and desires, and collaborate with fellow designers to solve problems and create intuitive, effective user experiences.
