Morrow Contracts Ltd seeks an experienced Utility Supervisor to lead squads in Portadown, ensuring work meets NI Water standards. You will report to the Contract Manager and coordinate daily scheduling, equipment, and paperwork while upholding safety and quality expectations.

The role involves on-call duties, overtime and weekend work, with a 07:00-17:00 Monday-Friday schedule. Van and mobile phone are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing squads; knowledge of water or sewer repair and maintenance.
• Willingness to learn and progress; training provided.
• Computer literacy; training on bespoke systems provided.
• Organised and able to re-schedule work at short notice.

Responsabilités

• Manage squads and handle day-to-day issues.
• Plan daily scheduling for squads within timeframes.
• Organise and plan equipment and traffic management for jobs.
• Work on repair and maintenance of clean water utilities.
• Coordinate with other Supervisors to ensure efficiency and standards.
• Ensure paperwork, maps and information are up to date.
