Avove Utilities is expanding its NI Water project footprint with new Site Supervisor roles across Northern Ireland. The role focuses on delivering capital works and maintenance safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.

You will manage onsite teams, subcontractors, and site documentation, driving compliance and efficient execution. The position requires NEC contract knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to coordinate diverse stakeholders.

Formación

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with programme delivery, NEC contracts, and construction techniques.
• Familiar with health, safety and environmental legislation (HSEQ) and managing medium to heavy civils projects.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver projects safely on time and within programme.
• Ensure a competent workforce including subcontractors for all site activities.
• Record RAMS, inductions, and toolbox talks; manage site diary and records.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and subcontractors on all site activities.
