Pembrook Resourcing Ltd has a vacancy for a Used Car Retail Manager in Wimbledon, South West London. You will support the Sales Manager with day-to-day leadership of the used car department, coach the team and drive sales while maintaining high customer care standards.

The package includes a £39,729 basic salary and £57,770 OTE with a company car. 33 days' annual leave, pension and life assurance, and the opportunity to progress within a busy dealership.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Retail Manager to join a dealership in Wimbledon, South West London.

This role offers the opportunity to support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the used car department, coaching the team and driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer care.

The package includes a £39,729 basic salary, £57,770 OTE and a company car. The OTE is performance-dependent and not guaranteed. Working hours, weekend rota and bonus structure are still to be confirmed.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A full, valid manual driving licence held for at least six months.
• The ability to commute to the Wimbledon dealership within one hour.
