Job summary

Pembrook Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Used Car Retail Manager to join a Wimbledon, South West London dealership. You will support the Sales Manager in running the used car department, coach the team, and drive sales and profitability while upholding high customer care standards.

The role offers a basic salary of £39,729 and an OTE of £57,770 with a company car. 33 days’ leave, pension, life assurance, and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a sales team.
• Strong track record of delivering sales targets and maximising profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to manage team performance and drive commercial results.
• Full, valid manual driving licence for at least six months.
• Ability to commute to Wimbledon dealership within one hour.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day leadership of the sales department.
• Lead, motivate and coach the team to achieve sales targets and maximise profitability.
• Develop prospecting activity, test drives, and vehicle presentations.
• Monitor team performance and support the achievement of departmental objectives.
• Maintain a compliant sales process and high standards of customer care.
