Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Loughton, United Kingdom.

This role leads a team of 10-14 staff and aims to hit ambitious monthly targets while maintaining high standards of customer service. You will drive sales volume and profitability for the used car operation, coach the team, monitor performance and support growth plans toward 100 vehicles per month in 2027.

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join a prestigious automotive dealership in Loughton.

This is an excellent opportunity for an established Used Car Sales Manager or General Sales Manager looking to lead an experienced team and drive the continued success of a busy used car operation.

THE OPPORTUNITY

You’ll be joining a strong, established team of approximately 10-14 people, with current used car sales volumes of around 70-80 vehicles per month and an ambitious target of approximately 100 per month in 2027.

This role is suited to a proven manager who can drive performance, develop their team and maximise profitability while maintaining high standards of customer service.

THE PACKAGE

• £40,000 basic salary.
• £90,000 uncapped OTE.
