Pembrook Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for an experienced Used Car Retail Manager to join a Wimbledon, South West London dealership. You will support the Sales Manager in running the used car department, coach the team, and drive sales and profitability while upholding high customer care standards.

The role offers a basic salary of £39,729 and an OTE of £57,770 with a company car. 33 days’ leave, pension, life assurance, and other benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a sales team.
• Strong track record of delivering sales targets and maximising profitability.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and communication skills.
• Ability to manage team performance and drive commercial results.
• Full, valid manual driving licence for at least six months.
• Ability to commute to Wimbledon dealership within one hour.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Pembrook Resourcing is currently recruiting for an experienced Used Car Retail Manager to join a dealership in Wimbledon, South West London.

This role offers the opportunity to support the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the used car department, coaching the team and driving sales and profitability while maintaining high standards of customer care.

The package includes a £39,729 basic salary, £57,770 OTE and a company car. The OTE is performance-dependent and not guaranteed. Working hours, weekend rota and bonus structure are still to be confirmed.
