Job Title : Used Car Sales Manager

Location : High Wycombe

Salary : £40,000 + bonus - OTE £65,000 + Company Car

One of the UK's premier independently owned, family-run car retailer groups, is in search of an accomplished Used Car Sales Manager for their dealership in High Wycombe.

This high-profile leadership role is your chance to shape and expand the used car business in a high profile VAG business. This role allows you to make a significant impact, enhancing profitability, customer experience, and market presence while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will be part of a strong leadership team responsible for setting and driving the direction and strategy for Used Car Sales.
  • Full accountability for the used car Profit and Loss performance.
  • Lead the monitoring and delivery of all operational used car commercial objectives, policies, and standards, taking responsibility for improving sales volume.
  • Heavily involved in lead management, stock, purchasing, pricing, marketing, and vehicle presentation, driving the professionalism and performance of the department.
