Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a friendly Urology Receptionist to join the team at the Royal United Hospital in Bath. You will greet patients, manage appointments, handle inquiries, and maintain records, delivering a welcoming, professional front-line service.

The role is 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Previous reception experience in healthcare is preferred; you will work with clinicians to support clinic operations and

Qualifications

• Educated to GCSE or equivalent standard.
• Knowledge of and previous experience with Millennium.
• Experience in a busy reception or customer-facing role.
• Previous experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist patients and visitors.
• Manage appointment bookings, cancellations and clinic schedules.
• Answer telephone and email enquiries professionally.
• Register patients and maintain accurate records.
• Support the smooth running of urology clinics.
• Liaise with clinicians and other departments.
• Handle confidential information in line with data protection requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service and patient care at all times.
