Responsibilities

• Monitor and answer calls on call handling platform in line with TSA guidelines.
• Complete onward referrals in consultation with the customer to relevant health and social care service.
• Ensure inputting into the call answering system and Service user records are maintained accurately.
• Manage referrals to the CareCall247 service.
