Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd is seeking a Careline Responder to join our dedicated team in the Workington area. You will respond to alarm calls, assess care needs, install equipment, and provide support to clients in their homes.

The role requires a Full UK driving licence, willingness to work shifts including nights, and a caring, empathetic nature. Training and development are provided along with uniform and a work phone.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence and access to an insured vehicle.
• Ability to work shift rotation patterns, including nights.
• Genuine empathy for the welfare of elderly adults.
• Based within Workington surrounding area; flexible approach.

Responsibilities

• Respond to alarm calls promptly and assess care needs.
• Install and maintain alarm equipment at clients' premises.
• Provide or facilitate appropriate support, including last-resort personal care.
