Job summary

T H White Group is seeking a Specialist Dealer Service Engineer to service and repair Palfinger lorry loader cranes across the region. You will be trained as a product/diagnostic crane specialist with structured development and ongoing technical training.

The role involves regular travel and delivering on-site support, with full UK driving license required and a strong emphasis on safe, compliant servicing and customer training. A market leading salary and extensive overtime are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Service Engineer maintaining hydraulic lifting equipment such as taillifts, forklifts or similar machinery.
• Recognised apprenticeship, C&G or NVQ in Plant Maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Travel across the region delivering on-site engineering support for Palfinger lorry loader cranes.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and software faults on customer sites.
• Perform LOLER inspections and safety checks to ensure compliance.
• Provide expert technical support and training to customers.
