OneMedical Group is seeking a Patient Navigator for Shakespeare Walk-in Centre in Leeds. This role operates under a zero-hours contract and is paid at National Minimum Wage (age-dependent).

You will be a key first point of contact, guiding patients to the right care and improving access to urgent services within a busy centre. You will work with a supportive team, handling calls and walk-ins, scheduling, and ensuring records are kept confidential.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare reception or administration.
• Experience with clinical systems such as SystmOne or EMIS is advantageous.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet patients and handle enquiries to provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Direct patients to the appropriate clinician, service or pathway and explain next steps.
• Book, amend and cancel appointments and support patient registrations.
• Manage administrative tasks and update records while supporting the team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and handle confidential information securely.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical colleagues to deliver safe, patient-focused care.
