NHS Jobs in Leeds is seeking a Patient Navigator to be the welcoming first point of contact for patients, helping them access the right service or support while delivering a professional experience.

You will join a supportive, fast-paced urgent care team at OneMedical Group and provide patient-centred care with strong communication and organisational skills to ensure timely access to care.

Description du poste

As a first point of contact for patients, you will play an important role in helping people access the right service, clinician or support, while providing a welcoming and professional experience. You will be part of a supportive and fast-paced team where excellent communication, attention to detail and a patient-centred approach help ensure patients receive timely and appropriate care. If you enjoy working with people and can remain calm and organised in a busy environment, we would love to hear from you. As a Patient Navigator, you will provide a professional and helpful first point of contact for patients while supporting the effective delivery of services across the centre. We are looking for someone who is approachable, organised and passionate about providing excellent patient care and customer service.
