Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is hiring an Urgent Care Assistant for Salisbury on a part-time, out-of-hours basis. You will split duties between driving clinicians to patient homes and handling reception and base tasks across Wiltshire and surrounding areas.

The role requires weekend and overnight shifts, with a rolling 4-week rota and potential for extra hours to meet service demand. Successful applicants will work within a supportive team, receiving full training and operating at treatment

Qualifications

• Requires confident interaction with patients, relatives and carers.
• Demonstrates compassion and respect in all contacts.
• Strong attention to detail and administrative proficiency.
• Ability to stay calm and professional in emergencies or stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Clinicians to patient homes and perform basic vehicle checks.
• Act as first point of contact at treatment centres, handling in-person and telephone inquiries.
• Manage medication and stock, replenish car stock, and monitor expiry dates.
• Full training will be provided to support role responsibilities.
