The role requires experience in hard FM, RAMS, CAFM, and strong analytical capabilities, with leadership in a collaborative environment and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Plan, organise, and manage costs and expenditures for a given area.
• Understand FM scope, delivery model, and business processes, incl. work order, supplier management.

Responsibilities

• Manage FM services to ensure safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvements.
• Coordinate tasks with internal teams and external FM suppliers/service providers.
• Support tendering processes, budgeting, and business planning.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and assist with audits and certifications.
