You will work with the Workplace Experience Manager to manage daily services, audits, supplier relationships, and site safety, delivering a concierge-level service across the location.

Responsibilities

• Support the Workplace Experience Manager in day-to-day FM services.
• Act as first point of contact for clients, stakeholders and staff entering the office.
• Coordinate room bookings, hospitality, AV support and space setups.
• Assist with audits, compliance and risk registers.
• Manage mail, deliveries, and supplier relationships.
• Conduct on-site walkthroughs and support inductions.
