Experience in an Underwriting Assistant role. Ideally educated to A Level standard (or higher). High level of numeracy and literacy skills. Methodical, accurate, and strong attention to detail. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills. Confident using Microsoft packages such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. Able to work to tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels, both verbally and in writing. Outcome-focused, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic. Ability to work within and promote a diverse and inclusive culture.
