• Previous experience within an insurance role.
• Knowledge of London Market practices within underwriting is desirable.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel) and data entry tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide underwriting administration and data entry into Geras for multiple policy types.
• Maintain data quality and ensure compliance with data quality protocols.
• Support underwriters and brokers with timely workflow and response times.
• Monitor and assist with reporting and KPI-related data for the team.
• Assist with IT system understanding and UK user group activities.
