• Prepare and issue policy documents, endorsements, and certificates.
• Assist with risk assessment and underwriting information gathering.
• Maintain complete and compliant underwriting files.
• Respond to broker queries and escalate where necessary.
• Produce and quality-check monthly Risk & Premium Bordereaux.
• Support internal reporting and MI requests.
• Ensure data accuracy in internal systems.
• Help meet SLAs by managing workflow and priorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (KYC, sanctions, etc.).

Your role: provide essential administrative and technical support to the underwriting team, helping ensure the smooth handling of new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy servicing. You’ll work closely with brokers, clients, and internal stakeholders to maintain accurate records, deliver excellent service, and contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team.
