FACER, a progressive printed packaging manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated B2B Sales professional in Leeds (LS13) to drive new client acquisition. You will map markets, generate leads from standing start, and move prospects through a structured sales process using Sandler techniques and a mix of cold and warm outreach.

The role offers full-time hours, uncapped commission, and a benefits package including generous holiday, life assurance, health plan, GP access, pension, and parking.

• You must demonstrate a high proficiency in the full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Mapping your market and developing your patch using targeted ICP profiles.
• Generating own leads from standing start.
• Cold and warm introductions.
• Qualifying / disqualifying leads proficiently.
• Booking meetings with identified Prospects via Teams or face to face.
• Following a structured B2B sales process underpinned by Sandler techniques.
• Presenting solutions, closing and post-sale.
• Building and maintaining strong ongoing relationships with stakeholders.
