FACER.Progressive Printed Packaging in Leeds, UK, is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition. You will generate leads from standing start, perform cold and warm outreach, and guide prospects through a structured B2B sales process to close deals.

The role offers £28k pa plus uncapped commission and a benefits package, with full-time, on-site work in Leeds and free parking. You will work within a dynamic, values-driven team focused on growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong prospecting and lead qualification skills.
• Able to manage a full sales cycle from outreach to close.

Responsibilities

• Map target markets and develop patch using ICP profiles.
• Generate own leads from standing start.
• Conduct cold and warm introductions; qualify/disqualify leads.
• Book meetings with identified prospects via Teams or in person.
• Follow a structured B2B sales process and Sandler methodologies.
• Navigate stakeholders through investment and decision criteria; present solutions and close.
