FACER. Progressive Printed Packaging seeks a Business Development Executive to drive new client acquisition in a Leeds-based role with uncapped commission on top of £28k base.

You will map markets, generate and qualify leads, and book meetings with prospects using a structured B2B sales process. Prospective candidates should demonstrate experience in B2B sales, networking, and relationship-building, while aligning with FACER values and delivering on sales targets in a fast-paced packaging

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales environments.
• Ability to generate and qualify/disqualify leads.
• Proven track record in building client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Map market and develop patch using targeted ICP profiles.
• Generate own leads from standing start.
• Cold and warm introductions to prospects.
• Qualify and disqualify leads proficiently.
• Book meetings with identified prospects (Teams or in person).
• Follow a structured B2B sales process with Sandler techniques.
• Navigate stakeholders through investment and decision criteria.
• Present solutions, close deals and manage post-sale activities.
• Achieve and exceed net new logo targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
• Attend external networking events and industry exhibitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and report to Sales Director.
