Job summary

FACER is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to drive new business from the Leeds area, leveraging targeted ICP profiling and both cold and warm outreach. The role offers a £28k base salary per annum plus uncapped commission, with full-time hours and free parking.

You will map markets, generate leads, qualify opportunities, present solutions, close deals and build lasting client relationships while collaborating with internal teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate proficiency across the full sales cycle with high activity levels.
• Strong ability to generate and qualify leads and manage a pipeline.
• Confident communicator with business-to-business sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Map market and develop patch using ICP profiles.
• Generate leads from standing start.
• Conduct cold and warm introductions and qualify/disqualify leads.
• Book meetings with identified prospects (Teams or face-to-face).
• Follow a structured B2B sales process and Sandler techniques.
• Present solutions, close deals and manage post-sale relationships.
