Uber Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager for CPG Ads in the UKI region. You will lead a high‑performing, distributed sales and account management team, shaping the strategy to grow revenue for key CPG & Retail clients across Uber Ads on Delivery and Mobility apps.

You’ll define UKI Food & Beverage ads strategy, coach teams, and drive cross‑functional collaboration to deliver sustained revenue growth while navigating ambiguity in a fast‑growing business.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of advertising sales experience.
• Minimum 5+ years leading an advertising sales team for a big advertiser.
• Proven track record of building and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large, distributed sales and account management team to hit multi-million dollar targets.
• Define and grow the UKI CPG Food & Beverage Ads strategy and road-map.
• Navigate cross-functional alignment with Product, Engineering, and Operations to advocate for client needs.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying resource gaps and optimizing sales processes.
• Cultivate durable, high-retention partnerships with C-suite leaders at major advertisers.
• Articulate clear go-to-market messages and secure alignment on product advocacy.
