Uber in the UK and Ireland (UKI) seeks a Sales Manager for CPG Ads to lead a high-impact team and accelerate revenue growth across Food & Beverage clients. You will shape the strategy for UKI CPG Ads and drive collaboration with cross-functional partners to unlock advertiser value.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years of advertising sales experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of leading an advertising sales team for a big advertiser.
• Proven track record of building and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a large distributed sales and account management team to hit multi-million dollar targets.
• Define UKI CPG Food & Beverage Ads strategy and drive long-term revenue growth.
• Align with cross-functional partners (Product, Engineering, Operations) to advocate for client needs.
• Drive operational excellence by closing resource gaps and improving sales processes.
• Build long-term C-Suite partnerships with major CPG/Retail advertisers.
• Articulate go-to-market messaging to position Uber Ads effectively.
