Job summary

Uber Advertising UKI is seeking a Sales Manager for Enterprise Restaurants to lead a high-performing team, develop strategic partnerships, and exceed ambitious revenue goals across Mobility and Delivery platforms.

You will collaborate closely with Uber Eats Commercial Teams to pitch and implement advertising solutions that meet merchant objectives, while navigating complex partnerships and internal blockers to enable long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience ideally within a marketplace or mobile app platform.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing digital sales teams.
• Proven proficiency in managing multi-million-dollar advertising businesses and diverse sales cycles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical work experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategy with Uber Eats Commercial Team to exceed revenue targets and drive quota attainment across the full Uber Demand Generation product suite.
• Leverage data and insights from merchants, Uber, and 3P sources to identify opportunities.
• Train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales and account management organization, managing performance and setting a high bar for excellence.
• Navigate ambiguity and internal complexity to design and execute a sales strategy that exceeds revenue targets across the full Uber product suite.
• Build and grow senior-level, long-term partnerships with major brands and media agencies by understanding their deepest needs.
• Manage pipelines and revenue forecasting with urgency and discipline, monitoring performance metrics amid shifting priorities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Operations to resolve blockers and inform local market ad inventory needs.
• Communicate clearly and negotiate confidently as the Uber Ads spokesperson.
