Qualifications

• 6+ years of end-to-end Enterprise or large customer digital advertising sales.
• Experience meeting and exceeding a commercial sales quota.
• Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to our customers.
• Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for clients and for Uber.
• Manage pipelines with urgency and discipline, knowing some deals will close fast and others will take months of persistence and trust-building.
• Adapt your approach based on market dynamics, client needs, and imperfect information-there's no one-size-fits-all playbook here.
• Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to shape proposals, resolve blockers, and deliver solutions that scale.
• Track the details, follow through on promises, and keep moving even when things get messy because the work is real and so is the impact.
