Ideal candidates have 6+ years in enterprise digital advertising sales, a proven quota track record, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end enterprise or large customer digital advertising sales.
• Proven experience meeting and exceeding a commercial sales quota.
• Experience selling advertising solutions to large, complex enterprise brands and agencies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow long-term partnerships by understanding what matters most to customers.
• Navigate ambiguity, shifting priorities, and internal complexity to unlock value for clients and Uber.
• Manage pipelines with urgency and discipline as some deals close fast while others take months.
• Adapt your approach based on market dynamics, client needs, and imperfect information.
• Collaborate across operations, marketing, product, and legal to shape proposals and deliver scalable solutions.
• Track details, follow through on promises, and keep moving even when things get messy.
