Job summary

The Air Ambulance Service is recruiting two Learning Specialists to join the People and Culture Team in Rugby, Warwickshire, with travel across the UK. The role is 37.5 hours per week and involves designing, delivering and evaluating high‑quality learning interventions to build capability for employees and volunteers.

You will partner with managers and subject matter experts to translate business needs into practical development solutions, supporting leadership, talent, succession and workforce

Qualifications

• Learning design, delivery and evaluation experience.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience creating digital learning content and using LMS platforms.
• Knowledge of L&D, leadership, talent and succession planning.
• Ability to analyze data, manage projects and drive learning outcomes.
• Relevant L&D, HR or OD qualification or equivalent experience.
• UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Identify learning needs with managers and stakeholders and deliver capability development solutions.
• Design, deliver and evaluate engaging learning programmes using various methods.
• Develop learning content, resources and LMS materials to support capability.
• Support leadership, talent, succession, apprenticeship and career development initiatives.
• Embed learning into change programmes and continuous improvement.
• Build stakeholder relationships and provide learning guidance.
• Maintain the LMS, training records and compliance.
• Evaluate impact and use insights to improve outcomes.
