Job summary

VolkerWessels UK is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Business Partner to shape learning, leadership and talent development initiatives that help our people and leaders thrive. You will work closely with the Head of HR and senior leaders to design and deliver learning initiatives and succession planning, building career pathways and targeted solutions across our UK sites.

You will partner with leaders to identify capability gaps, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development or Organisational Development.
• Proven experience designing and delivering leadership development programmes.
• Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience of talent and succession planning.
• A passion for developing people and creating a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Developing and delivering learning and development strategy.
• Designing and facilitating leadership and management development programmes.
• Driving talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Coaching and supporting managers to enhance leadership effectiveness.
• Building career pathways and development opportunities for emerging talent.
• Partnering with leaders across the business to identify capability gaps and deliver targeted solutions.
• Measuring the impact of learning and development activities and using data to drive continuous improvement.
