Mountain Warehouse in Stocksbridge is seeking a capable Team Leader to guide our retail team on the shop floor, delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining stock presentation, and driving operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Sales & Performance

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
