Mountain Warehouse in Oban is seeking a confident Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team. You will motivate colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service, manage daily store operations, and oversee visual merchandising to create a welcoming shopping environment.

You will lead by example, coach and develop staff, drive sales against targets and KPIs, and build strong connections with the local community.

Qualificações

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering great customer service.

• Knowledge of stock management, merchandising, and store procedures.

Responsabilidades

Leadership & Team Development:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
