Mountain Warehouse is seeking a confident UK Team Leader to guide the Hull Retail Park store, leading a team to deliver outstanding customer service, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.

You will coach and develop colleagues, manage daily store operations, and drive sales KPIs while upholding Health & Safety and brand standards in a busy retail environment.

This permanent part-time role offers a monthly bonus, staff discounts, generous leave, pension and employee support programs.

Leadership & Team Development:

• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
