Mountain Warehouse in Stocksbridge is seeking a Team Leader to guide a retail team, deliver outstanding customer service and drive operational excellence. You will motivate staff, ensure stock presentation and maintain store standards while fostering a welcoming shopping experience for customers.

The role requires leadership skills, experience across stock control and visual merchandising, and a proactive, results‑driven approach within a busy retail environment.

We’re looking for a Team Leader to guide and inspire our retail team to exceed targets while creating a welcoming, vibrant shopping experience that leaves a lasting impression on every customer.

• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
