Job summary

Mountain Warehouse in Great Yarmouth is seeking a UK Team Leader (Chain 4) to guide a retail team, deliver excellent customer service, and push sales through strong merchandising and efficient store operations.

You will lead daily store activities, ensure stock presentation and safety standards, and develop team members through coaching and feedback in a fast-paced environment. This part-time permanent role offers a monthly bonus and employee benefits.
