Mountain Warehouse in Bournemouth–Castlepoint is seeking a confident UK Team Leader (Chain 2 & 3) to motivate the retail team, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive visual merchandising and operational excellence in a fast-paced store.

You will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, stock presentation, and health and safety, while setting and achieving sales targets. A strong communicator and proactive coach will thrive here.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing duties, to ensure smooth workflows.
• Lead engaging visual merchandising efforts to create a clean and inviting space for customers and colleagues alike.
• Prioritise Health & Safety, safeguarding the wellbeing of your team and customers.

Sales & Performance:

• Motivate your team to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify growth opportunities for team members and suggest strategies for their development.

Customer Experience:

• Set the standard for exceptional customer service and ensure it’s delivered consistently.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally, creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Build connections within the local community, enhancing the store’s personal and welcoming atmosphere.
