Job summary

Hillarys Blinds Limited is seeking a Supply Planner to drive product availability and optimize inventory across the UK business. The role focuses on balancing demand with supply, managing stock and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to improve service levels.

You will forecast requirements for new ranges and promotions, support end-of-life planning, and contribute to digitalising planning processes. A data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience in Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning or similar.
• Experience in UK market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply aligned to demand to meet service targets.
• Ensure availability of FG, raw materials and packaging.
• Forecast requirements for new products, promotions and demand changes.
• Replenish stock within targets and budgets.
• Monitor stock and identify shortages or risks.
• Communicate shortages and updates with Customer Service and stakeholders.
• Maintain planning parameters and SAP master data.
• Support S&OP with commercial teams.
