Job summary

Portmeirion Group UK Limited is seeking a highly organised and analytical Demand & Supply Coordinator to join our supply chain team in the United Kingdom. You will work with data, forecast demand, optimise stock levels and support smooth operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead demand planning, monitor forecast accuracy, coordinate replenishment with Purchasing, and provide actionable insights to minimise stockouts and excess inventory while maintaining service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand planning, inventory management or purchasing.
• Proficiency with forecasting and inventory planning tools.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent organizational and stakeholder management.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead demand planning across product categories to reflect forecasts in supply and inventory plans.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances and work with stakeholders to address issues.
• Translate demand forecasts into inventory and replenishment recommendations.
• Coordinate demand planning inputs for seasonal peaks, promotions and launches.
• Provide clear reporting and actionable insights on demand, stock and supply risks.
