Job summary

Hillarys Blinds Limited is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure product availability and optimise inventory across the UK business. You will take ownership of your planning portfolio, balancing supply and demand, and collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to drive service levels and efficiency.

The role supports new product launches, promotions and end-of-life planning, while contributing to ongoing digitalisation and process improvements within planning.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience within Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning or a similar supply chain role.
• Previous experience working within the UK market.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience using SAP or another ERP system; SAP knowledge highly advantageous.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage supply in line with demand to achieve agreed service level targets.
• Ensure availability of finished goods, raw materials and packaging to support production and customer demand.
• Forecast future requirements to support new product ranges, promotions and changes in customer demand.
• Replenish and manage stock within agreed inventory targets and budgets.
• Monitor stock availability and proactively identify potential shortages or supply issues.
• Communicate stock shortages and availability updates with Customer Service and other stakeholders.
• Maintain planning parameters and master data within SAP.
• Ensure SAP reflects stock positions, goods in transit and outstanding orders.
