Job summary

Hunter Douglas Retail UK Limited is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to lead material resource planning across UK operations. You will manage demand, inventory, and supplier relationships to ensure products are available for customers and production schedules.

You will mentor junior planners and drive continuous improvement in planning processes, including SAP MRP configuration and data quality, to enhance efficiency and accuracy across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience within MRP, supply planning or a similar role.
• Experience in a UK supply chain or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of SAP MRP or another SAP module.
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly for data analysis.
• A degree in a business-related subject or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Manage material resource and supply planning across UK sites, balancing demand, availability and inventory levels.
• Ensure finished goods and raw materials are available to support production and meet customer orders.
• Forecast future demand including new product ranges and promotions while balancing service levels and stock turns.
• Manage stock replenishment and proactively identify and resolve shortages.
• Build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders; support S&OP processes.
