Winsearch is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Sales Manager to drive growth in the Sevenoaks area and beyond. The role focuses on developing new business, strengthening key contractor relationships and delivering revenue across the region.

You will bring proven scaffolding sales experience, strong technical knowledge and a track record of winning new business. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are required, with an autonomous, high-responsibility role and a competitive

• Proven sales experience within the scaffolding sector.
• Strong technical scaffolding knowledge.
• Demonstrable track record of winning new business and managing key accounts.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new scaffolding business opportunities across the region.
• Help to grow out a sales team under you in due course.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify project opportunities and convert them into long-term revenue streams.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Work closely with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide market intelligence and support future growth strategies.
• Act as a key ambassador for the business within the scaffolding and access market.
