Job summary

Allsafe Scaffolding is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Contracts Manager in Banbury to take day-to-day operational and commercial control of multiple projects. You will lead a team of 20–30 operatives, coordinate with Directors and customers, and ensure safety, quality and programme targets are met.

The role requires strong leadership, scaffolding knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with effective labour planning and mentoring. A UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing scaffolding operations on multiple contracts.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Knowledge of TG20/SG4 and scaffold design is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day operational and commercial control of allocated contracts.
• Plan labour, monitor costs, delivery against programme and quality.
• Lead a team of 20–30 operatives, with onboarding and mentoring.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and site inspections.
