Job summary

Winsearch is recruiting a Scaffolding Sales Manager to drive growth across the Sevenoaks region. You will win and develop scaffolding business with contractors, industrial clients and major projects, building long-term relationships and converting opportunities into revenue.

This is a strategic, autonomous role in a market-leading international business entering the UK market, with a starting salary of around £70,000, plus a performance bonus, a company car, private healthcare and a pension.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience within the scaffolding sector.
• Strong technical scaffolding knowledge.
• Understanding of scaffolding contracting, access solutions or related services.
• Track record of winning new business and managing key accounts.
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
• Self-motivated and autonomous in work.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop new scaffolding business opportunities across the region.
• Help grow the sales team in due course.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, industrial clients and project stakeholders.
• Identify project opportunities and convert them into long-term revenue streams.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Work with operational teams to ensure project delivery.
• Provide market intelligence and support future growth strategies.
• Act as a key ambassador for the business in scaffolding and access market.
