• Experience managing client relationships and delivering nationwide projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the access and scaffolding business, driving growth.
• Oversee planning, mobilisation and delivery of scaffolding and access solutions.
• Manage client relationships with key stakeholders in solar/renewable sectors.
• Drive health, safety, quality and compliance standards across operations.
• Manage budgets, project costs, margins and overall commercial performance.
• Build and develop high-performing teams and ensure resource alignment with pipeline.
