Join a leading consultancy delivering hyperscale and mission-critical projects with a clear international career path. Salary ranges from $140,000–$160,000 plus a 10% annual bonus, with relocation support and unlimited paid time off.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver major data centre projects across the United States.
• Provide cost control and commercial oversight on large-scale projects.
• Support relocation and visa sponsorship processes for UK-based candidates.
