Metric Geo is seeking a UK-based Quantity Surveyor to relocate to the United States and contribute to some of the largest data centre developments in North America. You will join a global consultancy delivering hyperscale projects with a package including a $140,000–$160,000 salary and 10% annual bonus, plus a relocation allowance of $10,000–$12,000 and unlimited PTO. This is a high-growth opportunity for an ambitious professional.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex construction projects.
• Must hold a British Passport and be open to relocating to the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver commercial and cost management for major data centre projects in the U.S.
• Manage budget, forecasts and cost plans for hyperscale developments.
• Collaborate with a global consultancy on multiple relocation opportunities.
