Metric Geo is seeking UK-based Quantity Surveyors willing to relocate to the United States to work on major data centre developments for a leading global construction consultancy.

Open opportunities span across the U.S. with a relocation package worth $10,000–$12,000 and an annual bonus of 10%, on top of a base salary of $140,000–$160,000. This is a chance to build an international career in hyperscale and mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects
• Strong commercial and cost management experience
• Must hold a British Passport
• Open to relocating to the United States
