Metric Geo is seeking UK-based Quantity Surveyors ready to relocate to the United States to contribute to major data centre developments. You will join a global consultancy delivering hyperscale projects across multiple US locations, with a strong focus on cost control and commercial delivery.

The role offers a competitive package including a $140,000–$160,000 base salary plus 10% annual bonus,, plus a relocation allowance of $10,000–$12,000 and unlimited paid time off.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related construction discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial, infrastructure, or major construction projects.
• Strong commercial and cost management experience.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.
