The role offers relocation support, a base salary of $140,000–$160,000 with a 10% annual bonus and unlimited PTO, reflecting the high-growth data centre market.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience delivering complex commercial/infrastructure projects.
• Strong cost management experience.
• Must hold a British Passport.
• Open to relocating to the United States.
